I had a fantastic time at this cozy and welcoming property. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home with the warm welcome and thoughtful welcome pack. The property was immaculately clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Its location near the beach and promenade was perfect for exploring the beautiful Northumbrian coast. Despite a minor difficulty finding the parking area in the dark, the owner was helpful and easy to contact. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to return. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at Fisherman's Cottage was exceptional value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, just seconds away from the beach. The location was perfect, with the soothing sounds of the sea lapping the shore and a quiet atmosphere. The staff, especially Ronnie, provided an excellent welcome and briefing, and their attention to detail was evident throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use a little more variety.

Our stay was fantastic. The cottage was incredibly clean and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the seafront. We loved taking walks along the promenade and enjoying the charm of the town. The owners have truly thought of everything, providing all the amenities we needed for a great break. It felt like a home away from home.

It's hard to find any negatives about our experience. Even the weather didn't dampen our spirits, as we braved the wind, rain, and cold to explore the beach.

The quiet location allowed us to hear the soothing sound of the sea. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a good supply of kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Despite being next to another house, we enjoyed a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The village had a convenient Co-op nearby and easy access to Ashington. Local buses served the area well. The main beach was clean and a perfect spot for a post-dinner walk. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house was a bonus. a great base for exploring Northumberland. We would definitely return.

The property was very well cared for and it was clear how much pride went into looking after the house. The owners provided an excellent welcome and briefing upon arrival, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the comprehensive information book and the flyer stand highlighting options for days out. The location was very quiet and we could hear the sea lapping the beach through the open windows, creating a relaxing atmosphere. the house was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to cleaning products.

While there were many positives, it would have been nice to have some shower gel provided, as we've experienced in other holiday accommodations. This is a small detail, but it would have added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

We had a superb stay at a charming cottage close to the beach. The cozy and clean cottage felt like a home away from home. The welcome pack with wine, coffee, tea, and milk was a lovely touch. Despite the cold December weather, we enjoyed the sunshine and even took walks on the beach. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.
